I’ve already emailed four times to say that I received the wrong piercing. Specifically, I didn’t receive an 8mm post (bar), but an 8mm piercing. So it doesn’t fit. (See my photo.) Every time, I don’t get a response until a few days later: “Oh, we’re sorry you’re dissatisfied; click here to pay for the return yourself.” Well, no—it’s your fault that my piercing doesn’t fit. It’s a real shame; I was so happy about this beautiful new website. But if, after four times, you still aren’t reading my emails and are just responding with a robotic, generic reply… that’s it for me. Never again with TOV.
