Plenty. Here they come:
We work with Mollie and Shopify to give you (and us!) the most reliable and secure online payments. They protect us against online fraud with high-quality encryption. Safety first!
With Klarna, you pay after delivery. You have 30 days to pay.
Nothing you need to do yourself. As soon as your return has been processed, we update Klarna automatically.
No worries. The amount will be returned to your account automatically within 5 working days. Still not back after 5 working days? Email us at service@tovessentials.com and we'll look into it.
Always in your own local currency.
Good to know: discount codes can't be combined, and you can also use them on sale items. Still not working? Email us at service@tovessentials.com with the code you're trying to use.
Unfortunately not. A discount code can't be applied after you've placed your order.
Yes. Our gift cards are digital only and have no expiry date.
We love to hear your thoughts. So: let’s talk! There is a direct line between us.
