Sad: I have returned my TOV. What happens next?
We will write you as soon as we’ve received your package. If your TOV is in good condition (if not, we’ll give you a call) we get you your cash back ASAP. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method as you had used to pay for the product. The warranty does NOT apply to: breakage or loss, to damage due to improper use, to damage due to a modification or repair by a third party, to damage from water, fire or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, to discoloration due to high acidity of the skin, the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray and to discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.

The bracelet has a decent weight to it, not like other brands, or designs where the thickness of the chain/band is extremely thin. This one is decently sturdy and looks good too. The only thing I would have changed is the length of the bracelet. There should have been more clasps or option to choose the length. Otherwise, it's really good.
