Scuffs and scratches aren’t really an issue. 14k gold appears brighter than 9k or 10k pieces and is much stronger than 18k. The best of both worlds. Durable and rich. 100% of our gold is sustainable gold, it means that we reuse vintage gold. The vintage gold is melted down and refined until it reaches its most pure form again.

Our standard delivery is free of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €50. For smaller orders, the standard delivery fee is only €2,95.
We are as fast as lightning. Orders that come in today before 23:59, go out today. Who needs sleep anyway? Only exceptions are public holidays. We love them too much.
You may be able to unwrap your TOV as early as tomorrow because: In NL and Belgium delivery is overnight. Only Sundays are skipped, so Saturday's orders arrive on Monday.

Usually not, this varies by country for a return shipment. Always use our carrier and register the return through our portal. If your country is eligible for return shipping costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount. See the table for more information.

Sad: I have returned my TOV. What happens next?
We will write you as soon as we’ve received your package. If your TOV is in good condition (if not, we’ll give you a call) we get you your cash back ASAP. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method as you had used to pay for the product. We hope to see you again at TOV in the future.

We give a 2 years warranty on all jewellery. The warranty does NOT apply to: breakage or loss, to damage due to improper use, to damage due to a modification or repair by a third party, to damage from water, fire or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, to discoloration due to high acidity of the skin, the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray and to discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.

These pearls were not made. They were born.
This is the real thing. Freshwater pearls, born by oysters. Formed by time. All natural. Your pearl has lingered in fresh water before it became your favorite piece of jewellery. For TOV we selected the perfectly round bead-nucleated pearls. Their nacre layers grow around a perfectly round bead nucleus. A little helped by humans. We just like symmetry. A lot.
