You may be able to unwrap your TOV as early as tomorrow because: In NL and Belgium delivery is overnight. Only Sundays are skipped, so Saturday's orders arrive on Monday.

Sad: I have returned my TOV. What happens next?
We will write you as soon as we’ve received your package. If your TOV is in good condition (if not, we’ll give you a call) we get you your cash back ASAP. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. The refund will be processed through the same payment method as you had used to pay for the product. We hope to see you again at TOV in the future.

The warranty does NOT apply to: breakage or loss, to damage due to improper use, to damage due to a modification or repair by a third party, to damage from water, fire or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, to discoloration due to high acidity of the skin, the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray and to discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
