Our standard delivery is free of charge, as long as you meet the minimum order value of €50. For smaller orders, the standard delivery fee is only €2,95.
We are as fast as lightning. Orders that come in today before 23:59, go out today. Who needs sleep anyway? Only exceptions are public holidays. We love them too much.
You may unbox your TOV as early as tomorrow. In NL and Belgium delivery is overnight. Only Sundays are skipped, so Saturday's orders arrive on Monday.

For returns from EU countries we charge no fee. It is for you free of charge and you have 30 days to do so. Always use our carrier, make sure the item is intact and report the return via our portal. Outside EU countries the costs, including import duties, are on your account. They will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the TOV atelier, we only use solid 14k good gold. It is the resource of excellence, the essence of your everyday shine.
Each piece is made by hand and crafted with utmost precision in accordance with international goldsmith standards. For you.
Solid gold makes top-quality jewellery. It means that the whole piece is entirely made of gold, with no base metal underneath.
Solid gold is made to last, unlike, for example, gold plated, where the gold layer can tarnish easily. TOV solid gold stays vibrant and is hypoallergenic, so gentle on your skin.
We craft our pieces from 14k gold. 14k is highly durable and has the perfect color. Scuffs and scratches aren’t really an issue. 14k gold appears brighter than 9k or 10k pieces and is much stronger than 18k.
14k is the best of both worlds. Durable and rich. An excellent choice.
For our good, sustainable gold, we reuse vintage gold. The vintage gold is melted down and refined until it reaches its most pure form again.
It gives you excellent quality without the social and environmental issues of traditionally mined gold.

We give a 2 years warranty on all jewellery. The warranty does NOT apply to: breakage or loss, to damage due to improper use, to damage due to a modification or repair by a third party, to damage from water, fire or normal wear and tear, such as scratches, to discoloration due to high acidity of the skin, the use of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray and to discoloration due to cleaning with chemical means.
